EDLACover is a full protection for EDLA Visit guests, free of charge and included in every booking. You are protected in case of cancellation by the host, inaccuracies in the description of the accommodation and other problems such as difficulties in accessing the accommodation, as well as 24-hour security assistance.

Booking Protection Guarantee
In the rare event that a host should cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, we will find you comparable or better accommodation or refund your money.
 
Arrival guarantee
If you are unable to access your accommodation and the host cannot resolve the problem, we will find you comparable or better accommodation for the duration of your original stay, or we will refund your money.
 
Ad accuracy guarantee
During your stay, if you find any inaccuracies between the advertisement and the accommodation (e.g. the fridge has stopped working and your host is having trouble fixing it, or the number of rooms is less than stated in the description), you have three days to tell us and we will find you accommodation of comparable or better quality, or we will refund your money.

EDLACover and your protection
EDLACover protects you against many problems that may occur during your stay, such as a heating failure in winter, but it does not cover minor inconveniences, such as a faulty toaster.
If a problem occurs during your stay, we recommend that you first contact your host to try and resolve it quickly. If the problem persists, contact us within 72 hours of the problem being discovered and we will investigate the situation. If the problem is covered by EDLACover protection, you will receive a partial or full refund or, depending on the circumstances, we will find you accommodation of comparable or better quality.
